Acceptance of These Terms

By using CB Moment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for data processing.

CB Moment Is a Virtual Simulator

CB Moment is designed for entertainment and learning through virtual market-prediction gameplay. CB, XP, rewards, achievements, cosmetics, and any other in-game items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, or financial instruments.

Prices, charts, and market movements may be simulated, adapted, or delayed for gameplay purposes and may differ from real-world market conditions. Game outcomes are determined within the simulation and do not represent real trades or achievable investment returns.

Market information, simulated prices, game results, and in-app content are not financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make.

Advertising and Rewarded Features

CB Moment may display banner, native, interstitial, app-open, and rewarded advertising. Ads may be provided by TradPlus and participating third-party advertising networks. Their availability, frequency, content, and the network that supplies an ad can vary by region, device, inventory, consent choices, and app configuration.

Rewarded ads are optional. If an eligible rewarded ad is completed and its completion is confirmed by the advertising provider, CB Moment may grant the stated virtual in-game reward. An ad cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, or anything of real-world value. Rewards, offers, and advertising availability are not guaranteed and may be changed, limited, or removed.

Using CB Moment

You agree not to:

• use CB Moment for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the app, its advertising services, or its security;
• use automation, manipulation, or other methods to interfere with gameplay, rewards, or advertising;
• misrepresent your connection with CB Moment; or
• use CB Moment in a way that harms other users, advertising partners, or the service.

Virtual Rewards and Progress

CB Moment may offer virtual rewards, missions, levels, cosmetics, and promotional features. We may change, rebalance, remove, or add these gameplay features as the app evolves. Virtual items remain part of CB Moment and are not property or currency outside the app.

Game progress is stored on your device and may be lost when app data is cleared, the app is removed, or you change devices. System backup or transfer features may restore some data, but we do not guarantee backup, synchronisation, or recovery of progress.

Third-Party Services and Content

CB Moment uses third-party services for analytics, diagnostics, notifications, remote configuration, and advertising. Advertisements and linked third-party destinations are provided by their respective providers. We do not control and do not endorse third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

CB Moment and its content, interface, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Availability and Updates

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of CB Moment at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, advertising format, market display, or service will always be available or error-free.

CB Moment is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranty that the app will meet every requirement or operate without interruption.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as CB Moment develops or as our advertising and service providers change. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date and provide additional notice or request acceptance where required by applicable law.
